Women's Work is a curated shopfront for women-founded product businesses. Not a directory that points shoppers somewhere else. A shop, with one basket, one checkout, and a growing audience of people who buy with intention.

Every brand here is women-founded, verified, and selected because the work is worth the attention. We write about brands honestly, feature them across the blog, newsletter and Pinterest, and put them in front of the people already looking for them.

The terms, plainly

Joining the marketplace is free until 1 September 2026. After that, a one-off £99 joining fee applies. There is no monthly subscription to sell.

We take 20% commission on sales, so 80% of every sale stays with you. No listing fees, no hidden costs, and your maths stays the same however a customer finds you, because our advocates are paid from our share, never yours.

We hold a high standard on photography and product presentation. It is application-only, and there are no shortcuts to the standard. That is precisely what makes being here worth something.

Women's Work PRO

Alongside the marketplace, Women's Work PRO is an optional membership at £19 a month, open to vendors and non-vendors alike: a resource library of courses, planners, templates and business tools, a community of women running real businesses, and member perks as partnerships go live. You do not need PRO to sell here. It is there if you want the toolkit.
