This is WomensWork

At WomensWork, we're here to change the narrative. Each and every one of our brands has a woman at the helm who backed herself to build the dream. Whether that was solving a personal problem, spotting a gap in the market, or building something much bigger than herself. And we are here for it.

The Brands

Our brands are handpicked for their quality products and commitment to ethical practices.

We'll be adding more each day and telling all of their stories as we grow.

Jen Fuller, founder of Etta Loves, with her children

Baby & Sensory

Etta Loves

When her daughter Etta was six weeks old, Jen Fuller watched her stare intently at the black-and-white pattern on her jumper while feeding, ignoring the plain muslin over her shoulder. The overwhelm lifted, and that was the start of Etta Loves. Nearly twenty years into a career in advertising, Jen became obsessed with how differently babies see, and built a whole brand around it. Every muslin, comforter and playmat is designed around what a baby can actually see, with Laura, a consultant orthoptist, behind the science of every scale, colour and pattern. Calmer babies, and easier days.

Science-backed baby kit that does more, so you need less.

Caroline Sims, founder of Botanycl

Skincare From Within

Botanycl

Caroline Sims spent years battling her own skin, trying every harsh chemical on the shelf and getting nowhere. So she did the patient thing and went digging through the actual science, which led her to a handful of plant-based ingredients. Within weeks her skin had cleared, and for the first time she felt able to leave the house without makeup. That became SkinClear Elixir, the first Botanycl product, later backed by Peter Jones and Steven Bartlett on Dragons' Den. Real results, from someone who needed them first.

Plant-based supplements that work on skin from the inside out.

Bare Kind bamboo socks

Socks With A Cause

Bare Kind

Lucy Jeffrey left a career in banking because she wanted to build something that actually did some good in the world. What she landed on was the humble sock. Every pair features an endangered animal, and ten percent of the profit goes to the charity protecting it, so the otter socks fund otters and the turtle socks fund turtles. More than a hundred thousand pairs later, she has built a B Corp that funds real conservation and is partnered with over 30 charities. And they follow a Gold Standard offset to achieve 100% carbon neutral status for every stage in their supply chain. What's not to love?

Bamboo socks. One animal, one charity, every pair.

Legology leg care

Leg Care

Legology

Kate Shapland spent twenty-five years as a beauty editor, and in all that time not one product or treatment she tried made a genuine or lasting difference to leg shape or cellulite. Nobody was approaching it in a way that actually could. So she built it. Legology pioneered a whole new sector, dedicated to leg care, with breakthrough formulas that activate the lymph and recontour rather than pushing the toxic narrative that promises to melt fat overnight. It's about the bigger picture, not just the products. Honest advice on nutrition, hydration and exercise. For women who are wary and weary of the usual claims.

Leg care built on how legs feel, not just how they look.

PHORIA recycled silver jewellery

Recycled-Silver Jewellery

PHORIA

Charlotte Asherson trained at Central Saint Martins, then spent eight years designing fine jewellery for the luxury houses, Tiffany & Co. and Swarovski among them. Eventually she wanted a line that was completely her own, so she left and built PHORIA. The idea is jewellery designed to be redesigned, transformable pieces that can be worn more than one way, so one thing becomes two or three and you get far more out of it. Everything from the first sketch to the materials is Charlotte's, made in 100% recycled silver with fully traceable stones, and handmade link by link by family-run workshops in Thailand, communities close to her heart since she grew up in South East Asia.

Raw Beauty Lab vegan collagen

Beauty From Within

Raw Beauty Lab

Sonia Bainbridge came at skincare from pharmacology, which left her deeply suspicious of the word natural, a word the supplement industry had stretched until it meant next to nothing. She kept turning over bottles that promised purity and finding them full of synthetic vitamins. So she made the one she actually wanted, built from whole plant ingredients rather than lab-made copies of them. Within about six months of launch a major women's magazine named her vegan collagen the best in the country. Recyclable kraft, a tree planted for every order, and nothing dressed up as something it isn't.

Rohini Sofat, founder of Free Soul

Women's Nutrition

Free Soul

In 2017, Rohini Sofat's husband faced a critical health scare. She had always been committed to her own health, and through that time she turned to nutrition and exercise to cope, and quickly realised something was missing. The market treated women's health as an afterthought. The few products made 'for women' were watered-down men's supplements, or the tired old line of be smaller, be thinner, take up less space. Menstrual cycles, hormones, the things that actually shape how a woman feels, all ignored in favour of aesthetics. Rohini knew women deserved better, so she built it, with her son Arjun throwing himself in alongside her, from driving test shakes to gyms to building the supply chain from scratch. Free Soul launched with the now-iconic Vegan Protein Blend and has grown into the home of women's wellbeing, all of it formulated around what a woman's body actually needs. More than two million women later, it talks openly about the things most brands won't, from PCOS and endometriosis to menopause, bone health and periods. Rohini is still at the heart of it, closest to the women it was built for.

Nutrition made for women, not just marketed to them.

Why WomensWork Exists

Women get less than 2% of the funding. They build anyway.

Female founders receive under 2% of venture capital, and that figure has barely moved in a decade. The money was never the measure of the work. The women here are building real businesses while the world still expects them to do the other kind of women's work as well. We are using the name differently now. We own it, and we sell it.

What's Coming Next

Today, seven brands. What's being built behind them is bigger.
